This company shouldn't offer gifts with purchases if they are not going to provide them. Their response once i complained about the missing item was that they would send two gift with my next order.

I was sent a free trial of the vitamin c repair serum. I have a sun spot on my face which I have literally tried everything for - including very expensive laser treatment. Nothing worked so I gave this a go expecting little or no results. Boy was I wrong. Within a week the mark had lightened. As it was a free trial it wasn’t enough to finish the job so I have ordered a bigger bottle as I still have some darkness there but hopefully I can sort that out when my order comes. I am honestly so so pleased with this and have told a couple of my friends about it as I think it’s amazing. I have dark circles so that will be my next purchase - I just hope it works as well as this does! Try it! You won’t be disappointed!!

This company and its products are amazing. I now only use Balance me products on my sensitive, temperamental skin. I have less reaction, less spots and soothes skin. Amazing customer services team - they really care about their customers.

Great products, I particularly like the shower gel. The customer service is great, a package was lost in the post and they sent a replacement no quibbles.

Never been more disappointed with moisturisers & hand cream! Left my face feeling tight & itchy so clearly not suitable for sensitive skin. The hand cream soo rich I couldn’t use my hands afterwards without washing them. The “subtle” fragrance overwhelming & reminded me of the lavender soap so popular with the older generation back in the 1970’s. On the plus side I now have enough heel cream to last a decade!

Absolutely incredible service. My parcel didn’t arrive in time so someone from the team dropped it off at my house directly with lots of testers. Looking forward to trying the product and thank you for your kind service:)

Recently bought Balance Me Natural Protection Moisturiser SPF25 as I like natural products - it has an unusual smell but it's the texture about which I have concern! When applying it creates a kind of white mask and is very difficult to blend into the skin. The "free" hand cream has the same thick consistency. It costs more than I would normally pay for a moisturiser and there is there is not a huge amount of cream in the tube. Has it balanced my skin? Maybe.

I also cannot understand why there has to be such a wide range of products on offer - some are so specific, meaning most people could probably never afford more than the basics. I intend to unsubscribe from the newsletter as I have been INUNDATED!

Absolutely love Balance Me products. I've tried their Congested Skin Sheet Mask, Pure Skin Face Wash, Congested Skin Serum and Micellar Water and I've loved them all. The Micellar Water is my desert island must-have. It removes make up quickly and effortlessly and I love that it's not greasy or heavy on my blemish-prone skin.

I recently had this Brand suggested to me by a colleague in the office as i was after a birthday present for my wife. I had not heard of before but she assure me that it was good stuff. I got one of the Kits and since then she has been back time and time again for more....its very natural and a really good price

Whenever i have received a balance me product in my subscription boxes i have loved it. Your skin feels so fresh and amazing and thanks you for it. Pricey stuff but so worth it, you can tell its helping your skin.
